What if I never received my item?
At Rebelle Lunar, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facilities. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post). We will provide you with the shipping carrier information, tracking number and date of delivery to assist you in your claim investigation.
